Your language preference

If you choose a language, the website remembers it in your browser's local storage so the next visit opens in the same language. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your files or project details with third parties, except where needed to deliver your service (for example, a hosting provider you asked us to deploy to) or where required by law.

We keep project materials only as long as needed to deliver and support the work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices on the website are starting prices in Indian Rupees (INR). They are not final quotes.
• Your final price depends on scope, complexity, requirements and delivery timeline, and is confirmed with you before work begins.
• Services marked “Custom quote” are priced after a short scoping conversation.
• We may update our prices. Changes do not affect quotes that have already been agreed.

Scope and changes

Work is delivered according to the scope agreed in your quote. Requests outside that scope may need a revised quote and timeline. Revisions are provided as described in your quote for the selected service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the materials needed to complete the work.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, data or files you share with us.
• Use delivered work in line with the rules of your institution, employer or platform.

Timelines

Timelines shown on the website are typical estimates. Your actual timeline is confirmed in your quote and may depend on how quickly we receive the information we need.

Ownership

Once the agreed payment is complete, you may use the delivered work for its intended purpose. We may reuse general know-how, tools and non-confidential techniques. We will not publish your work or project details without your permission.

Limitation of liability

We work with care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, grades, funding, publication or business results. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before work starts: if you cancel after paying but before we start, you receive a full refund.
• After work has started: refunds are proportional to the work not yet completed, as agreed when you cancel.
• After delivery: delivered work is not refundable. If something doesn't match the agreed scope, tell us and we'll fix it according to the revision terms in your quote.
• Custom and milestone projects: refunds follow the milestones agreed in your quote. Completed milestones are not refundable.
• Mentorship sessions: sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Sessions missed without notice may not be refundable.

To cancel or request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your request details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

“Starting from” prices describe a simple version of each service. They are not final quotes. Price and timeline are confirmed only after the scope is agreed.

Project and learning support

Our academic and project services are guidance, implementation support, documentation support, mentorship and preparation. We help you plan, build, document and understand your own work. We do not take exams, produce graded work for you to submit as your own, or help anyone break their institution's academic integrity rules. You are responsible for following your institution's policies.

Research support

We provide technical, analytical and documentation support for research. We never fabricate, alter or invent data or results, and we do not guarantee publication, acceptance or particular findings.

Career services

Resumes, profiles and interview preparation improve how you present yourself. They do not guarantee interviews, job offers or salaries.

AI-assisted work

Where we use AI tools, we review and refine the output. AI systems we build can produce imperfect results — please test them in your own context before relying on them for important decisions.

Business information
